Director,
Accounts Department, SBP BSC (Bank) vide their letter
No. AD Govt./ 13998/ 122-2005 dated October 17, 2005
has advised that the central Board of Revenue in exercise
of the powers under the Income Tax Ordinance 2001
has issued S.R.O. 1033 (I) / 2005 dated October 10,
2005 and have amended Seconded Schedule of the Income
Tax Ordinance, and included new clause (63A) in Part1
of the second schedule, thereby including amount paid
to the "President’s Relief Fund for Earthquake
Victims 2005" as exempted from Income Tax.
