NBP being the Nation's Bank is continuously endeavoring to add value to the already provided facilities to its customers. In this regard, NBP proudly introduces "e-Statements" and "SMS Alerts facility". These facilities are:

  • Secure: NBP e-statement/SMS alert service is secure as you will receive emails/alerts on your registered email address/mobile number only, which you provide when you subscribe for the facility.
  • Worldwide access: You can receive emails/SMS alerts while travelling abroad (your phone needs to be set to international roaming facility to receive the SMS alerts everywhere).
  • Instant: You will receive real time alerts for debit and credit transactions through subscribing SMS Alerts service (subject to the availability of mobile network).
e-Statements

You will be able to receive your account statements through email at your provided/registered e-mail address through subscribing this facility. The frequency of e-statements can be set to monthly, quarterly and half yearly.

SMS Alerts

You will be able to receive banking transaction details on real time basis (subject to mobile network availability) through subscribing for this service. The facility is available for Cards and Accounts based transactions and includes the following:

  • Cash withdrawal/deposit
  • Cheque withdrawal/deposit
  • Issuance/Cancellation of Pay order/Demand Draft
  • Inter branch transfer
  • ATM withdrawal & Funds transfer

SMS Alert Service with the brand name "NBP PEGHAM" shall now be offered with no limit on number of alerts in a month, with monthly fee @ R. 100/- per month  (exclusive of applicable taxes) will be charged to sub to subscribers of SMS Alert Service.


Subscription of NBP e-Statements and SMS Alerts service:

The subscription form for NBP e-Statements/SMS Alerts service is available in all NBP branches or click here to download (Adobe Reader required to download & print form) . You are requested to please submit the duly filled and signed form to your respective branch or call at NBP call center (021-111-627-627) from your registered mobile number to subscribe to this facility.
