For limited rights (non-financial access);
- 14 Digit Account Number (4-digits Branch Code & 10-digits Account Number) or 24 Digit IBAN Number
- CNIC Number
- Registered Mobile Number*
For registration upgrade (financial access);
- Debit Card.
- Debit Card Pin..
- Registered *E-Mail address

The NBP Helpline will conduct a callback verification if the provided email address is not available in bank's record. If the provided e-mail address matches bank’s record, full rights will be granted on real time basis.
